The New York-New Jersey Trail Conference invites you to submit a proposal to implement CiviCRM mailings integration; the details of our request are contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Please share this opportunity with qualified colleagues and peers.
Based in Mahwah, N.J., the Trail Conference is regional non-profit that maintains more than 2,100 miles of trails across southern New York and northern New Jersey. Founded in 1920, the Trail Conference has achieved standing as an expert developing, building, and maintaining trails, protecting trail lands through support and advocacy, and educating the public in the responsible use of trails and the natural environment.
On Dec. 1, 2016, the Trail Conference launched its current website www.nynjtc.org built on Drupal 7 and integrated with CiviCRM for our internal record keeping. The CiviCRM implementation consists of: CiviEvent, CiviContribute, CiviMember, CiviMail, CiviReport, and CiviPledge components and a few custom fields. CiviCRM is also integrated with Drupal 7 CRM, iATS for payment processing and SparkPost email. The Trail Conference is seeking a CiviCRM developer to design and implement customizations and configurations to support Trail Conference business processes and workflows.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify a CiviCRM developer partner with demonstrable experience to implementing changes to the Trail Conference CiviCRM configurations that will solve existing gaps, evaluate and implement extensions as needed, and assist with configurations to enhance operations. There are additional known issues needing solutions, for which we are developing requirements, that may be included in this project as change orders or issued as new RFPs. The RFP response and selection process is fairly straightforward: Responses to this RFP will be accepted via email to erica(at)nynjtc(dot)org no later than Friday, March 24, 5 p.m.
