About our publications

The Trail Conference publishes a number of books and maps. These items are available through the Trail Conference and many camping goods stores and bookstores. We also sell a number of books of the local area that are not published by us. Browse though our Books and Maps. In addition there are tee-shirts and patches and special deals on combinations of books and maps. Of course you can also join the Conference and as a member get special member rates.

Trails are dynamic and constantly changing. These changes eventually make maps and books obsolete. You should always have the latest editions of books and maps so you aren't surprised by changes you encounter in the field. But in addition, look at Updates to Pubs for the changes that have occurred since the latest edition.

The publications committee is always looking for and/or to our current publications. Acting on these ideas requires an active corps of volunteers.

The publications committee also assists in the production of several free brochures.
