The publications policy has been changed so that the full Trail
Walker will now be available on the web when it is shipped to the printer (typically a week or two before you receive the printed copy). It is also available in color on the web. Selected pieces of it will continue to be in
the regular web pages, e.g. trail crew schedules and articles that
appear first on the web. One big plus is that Google will now index
the articles so that searching with Google will find articles. The
minus is that the files are large - typically over a megabyte - so
download times will be long on slow lines. All the files are in PDF
format so you need Acrobat Reader (click on yellow Adobe logo at left).
