Stone Splitting and Shaping-Trail U 602
This course is designed to educate students on how to split and shape stone to desired dimensions. You'll learn how to “read” a rock so that it splits properly, and we'll teach you how properly to use and maintain tools including portable generators, rotary hammer drills, carbide-tipped shaping hammers, and chisels.
Registration for this workshop will be held in person at the conclusion of the prerequisite Trail U 596 - Intro to Bear Mountain Trails Project.
